Assessment

Before the intake of children, a proper assessment is done so they are placed in the appropriate program.


Home Training Program

A Home Training Program is given to the children in order to make them adapt to school and classroom environment.


Hostel Facilities

​Hostel facility is available for the Hearing Impaired out-station students. The facility is also available for Teacher Trainees to enable them to have a hands-on training experience and to make them aware of providing facilities in a residential set up.


Conducting International Workshops

The Clarke School for the Deaf has been conducting International, National and State level Workshops since 1995 on all types of disabilities. The workshops are conducted to create awareness about various aspects of disabilities. It also helps to upgrade Special Educators about the development of new trends in the education of disabled persons. We have had participants from different countries like Vietnam, Ghana, Thailand, Indonesia, Sri Lanka, Nepal, Tanzania, Mozambique, Lebanon and Bangladesh to name a few. The workshops have had resource persons from all over India and from outside India also. Senior Professionals of our school have taken part in the International and National Conferences held in the Eastern and Western Parts of the globe and presented various papers.
